Outbreak: Dread the Undead Comes to Myrtle Beach

Zombie Fences Close-UpPale Night Productions unleashes Outbreak: Dread the Undead, a new standard in horror inside the all new Hollywood Wax Museum Entertainment Center in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

You will enter the ruins of ChemaCorp laboratories after a military experiment goes horribly wrong. Alpha Strain, an experimental mutagen designed to enhance soldiers on the battlefield, has turned all the staff and test subjects into flesh eating zombies. You must make your way through top secret laboratories and testing facilities and even wander through the decrepit basements to find a way out. You’ll need to keep your wits about you and stay close together if you have any hope of escaping the hordes of undead.

Outbreak is a state of the art haunted attraction which pushes the boundaries of current industry technology. This is the first haunted attraction ever created using only premium, silicone skinned characters providing a hyper-realistic look and performance that is simply Laboratoryunmatched. The attraction also boasts Hollywood quality sets, live actors, and numerous animated video effects guaranteed to keep guests on their toes.

“Outbreak is unlike any haunted attraction you’ve seen before,” said Pale Night Productions President Kip Polley. “We really wanted to create something different with Outbreak and we started by completely rethinking our zombie characters. All 39 zombies inside have silicone skins and most have head and mouth motions giving them a level of realism that you just won’t find anywhere else. From there, we added amazing sets, shocking live actor scares, and plenty of thrilling surprises to create an experience that guests won’t soon forget.” The Hollywood Wax Museum Entertainment Center is open seven days a week at 9AM all year long.
